Skill Sessions
During these sessions we can focus more on individual and specific skills. Such as blade angle. These not only help develop your general paddling skills but aid in your progression to become a more rounded paddler, also they can look pretty impressive when on the water!
1 to 1 Coaching
I offer 1 to 1 sessions for all levels. From complete novices and their first time on the water to more experienced paddlers who wish to improve their overall capabilities.
Group Sessions
I can teach to groups also, which is ideal for a bunch of friends or a workplace working on some team bonding practices. I prefer to keep the groups to a maximum of 6 so that no one is missed out and all participants can gain from the experience.
SUP yoga unites the sport of stand-up paddleboarding, which originated in Hawaii in the 1940s, with the ancient practice of yoga, which has its roots in India.
It is practiced on a body of water such as a lake, bay or a slow-moving river where the gentle bobbing of the water adds an additional challenge.
SUP Yoga can be a great form of exercise that effects almost all of your muscle groups, plus the physical and mental health benefits can have a significant impact on your overall wellbeing. Standing on a Paddleboard enlists all the core muscles together, it also fine tunes your mind-body connection as you hold focus during each pose (asana).
